When we want to transcribe a call recordings into text, we can use the "Subtitle Generator" of Focus Video. It can quickly transcribe the audio files into text with steps bellow:

1. Select the video or audio files you want to generate, and click the dropdown menu of Target format to select the output subtitle file format to txt.

1. Once all the files have been imported, and options been settled, you can click the start button at bottom right to start all tasks.
